Happy 5 months Charles!

Holy crap is this year flying by, my baby boy is already 5 months old. And what a little chatter box he is. Once he gets going this little guy has a lot to say, I think he gets that from his sisters. I love that he is fitting nicely into the antique high chair that we got for him.

4 months

Just look at my lil chub a lub! 17 pounds 1 oz & 26 inches long! He is growing like a weed. Charlie loves to stand, this boy does not want to sit. He will push with his legs if he is sitting on your lap to get into a standing position and then start to bounce. I so need to get a jumperoo for him, my arms can't take it and I am starting to get some bruises on my legs from his jumping.

Charlie had his first taste of baby cereal this morning. I always have loved seeing children's expressions as they try new foods out. I can'twait until we move onto the veggies and fruits, I cannot wait to see how he reacts to things that have an actual flavor to them.

I wanna rock and roll all day...

2nd place

Well Madeleine had her spelling bee last night and her team came in 2nd place!
I am one proud momma here. I just wish that the other kids on her team listened to her when she told them that the word was spelled wrong. I could see the fustration on her face as they were up on stage. She is an excellent speller and always geys 100% on her spelling tests. Maybe next year babe!

Look at me, I am 3 months

Where is time going? Baby boy is already three months old. He is trying to talk so very hard, will babble on and on. I am greeted every morning and after every nap with the biggest of smiles, they make me feel all warm and fuzzy. I cannot believe how much he has grown, it really happens way too fast.

The newest thing that he is doing that I just love is putting his hands near his mouth and smiling the sweetest smile you ever did see. That coy look that just melts my heart. Yes this little man already has me eating out of the palm of his hand.
